At the end of every academic year, all affiliated societies must reaffiliate to the Students' Association.

The reaffiliation email will be sent in April and includes all reaffiliation paperwork templates, the reaffiliation link (to upload documents electronically) and society training dates.

Re-affiliation Paperwork: 

  • A General Risk Assessment (GRA)
  • A Constitution
  • A signed Affiliation Agreement
  • A List of 25 Paid Members
  • Completed Presidents' Training, Treasurers' Training, and Health & Safety Training
