At the end of every academic year, all affiliated socieites must re-affiliate to the Students' Association.

The re-affiliation email will be sent in April and includes all reaffiliation paperwork templates, the reaffiliation link (to upload documents electronically) and societies training dates.

Re-affiliation Paperwork: 

  • A General Risk Assessment (GRA)
  • A Constitution
  • A signed Affiliation Agreement
  • A List of 25 Paid Members
  • Completed Presidents' Training, Treasurers' Training , and Health and Safety Awareness
