Meeting and society rooms

The Union's society and meetings spaces are ideal for small social gatherings, meetings, and presentations. Our affiliated groups get a free allocation of bookings in these spaces every week - check your affiliation paperwork for details.

Meeting Rooms

With bring-your-own-device AV facilities for presentations and hybrid meetings, these are ideal spaces for your group to convene.

• Meeting Room 0 can seat 32 people in a classroom layout.
• Meeting Room 1 (formerly Committee Room) can seat 20 people in a boardroom layout.
• Meeting Room 2 (formerly Meeting or Tutorial Room) can seat 18 people in a classroom layout
• Meeting Room 3 (formerly Society Room D or Activities Office) can seat 16 people in a boardroom layout.

They're available to book from 5pm til one hour before the building closes (check our latest opening hours).

Society Rooms

These rooms have no AV facilities, so are best for discussions, social gatherings, or meetings without remote attendees or digital content.

Society Room A, B, and C can each seat 9 people in a boardroom layout.

They're available to book from one hour after the building opens til one hour before it closes (check our latest opening hours).
