Thank you to those that voted in the election process this year. Thats something to be proud of! Here're this updates this week:

  • Last week I sent a message about a Biodiversity Policy survey, but with a broken link. Apologies for this! The message and the correct link are as follows: A group of students and staff are working on a Biodiversity Policy for the university. This policy aims to contribute to shaping a sustainable future for the university by enhancing biodiversity, education and learning, and well-being. They're carrying out a survey to try to gauge student perceptions and attitudes about biodiversity in the town and on campus. Check out the quick survey here, and make sure to contribute to this important project!
  • If you ran for a position and weren't successful, or if elections have made you want to get more involved, the opportunities to engage are endless and remain open to all students! All Student Council meetings are public, and you're welcome to come to any and all of them to represent your opinion. AGM season is also coming up, so why not look at the subcommittee positions available and thinking about becoming part of one of our structures? Feel free to reach out to us for more information on how to get involved!
