Your role
You will be responsible for preparing, selling and serving a variety of hot and cold food and beverages across our range of catering operations.
Description of Specific Duties
• Cooking and preparation of hot and cold beverages for sale direct to the customer
• Serving customers to the highest standard with food and a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Operating the till and taking cash and credit card payments
• Reconciliation of the till with cash and various daily reports as required
• Adhere to the Health and Hygiene procedures within the catering operation.
• Cleaning the kitchen and dining areas on a daily basis
• Maintaining food and drink displays to a high standard, restocking as required
