You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our members and staff, while also dealing with general customer service issues.
Working mainly at the front of house, duties include; controlling entry to events, monitoring venue numbers, signing in guests, evacuation procedures.
As the first and last point of contact for our members; excellent customer care skills are a must!
Mainly late evening shifts
Experience is useful, but not essential, as we'll give you whatever training you need: much more important is that you're reliable, keen, willing to learn, and have a positive approach to customer service.
We will pay for SIA training and registration for the right candidates who wish to progress to become security staff.
