We've put together a few of our favourite bits from September to November to give you a snap shot insight of what's been happening in and around the Students' Association.

Representation:

We had the biggest turn out ever for class representative elections which means The Association now has 300 new volunteers! Below photograph of the Association Councillors this year.

Toilet signage:

Jack our Director of Representation has been working with LGBT+ on new toilet signage, Jack got permission from Grace’s Sign to make sure all disabilities are recognised and additional signage has been added to make sure it’s clear our toilets are gender neutral.

Societies and Activities:

Our societies and subcommittees are ever increasing and doing amazing things.  For example our Debating Subcommittee - St Andrews A and B made it to the final of the Strathclyde President's Cup with our A team winning and The Charities Campaign won the National Student Fundraising Award for Local Impact & Community.

New Signage:

As you may have noticed we've got new signage and there's more on the way - just to make sure no-one can miss us in these dark winter months ahead!

New App:

Our new app has been designed by our website suppliers MSL Solutions and pulls the best bits from our website such as events, the news section and society information.

Sabb Snapshot:

You might have already seen Octobers Sabb Snap shot but if you haven’t you can view it here.  It's a quick round up of some of the biggest areas the sabbs have tackled in October.  Keep checking our news section on the front page of our website for the most up-to-date student emails, sabbatical snapp shots and more.

Exam Stress Relief:

We've been working in conjuction with Student Services to put on some great treats for stress relief during revision.

Refreshers:

We had our most successful Freshers yet and it set a high standard for the semester. Here's a little clip that really shows the vibrancy of the week and now Taryn, our director of events and services is preparing for Refreshers' week in January.
