Healthy study

Forming healthy study habits early on can reduce stress levels and increase productivity in both the short and long term. Education Committee and Wellbeing have been working together to produce study resources designed to help you find a healthy study-life balance.

There are several different resources including weekly planners, assignment trackers, and project planning guides. For each resource there are filled in examples and templates so you can see how to best utilise the resources.
