Working alongside customer safety stewards as part of the customer safety team to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable night out at the Union. Working in a busy customer facing environment as a point of contact you will demonstrate clear communication and conflict management skills for positive interactions and building rapport with our customers.
This role involves undertaking all SIA Licensable activities
- Vetting and refusing at the front door in line with SASA’s admissions policy
- Intervening in disorder and correct and lawful use of Physical Intervention
- Asking customers to leave when necessary, in line with SASA Policy
Applicants for this position MUST hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License
