Working as part of the customer safety team to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable night out at the Union. Working in a busy customer facing environment as a point of contact you will demonstrate clear communication skills for positive interactions and building rapport with our customers. You will perform a wide range of duties across your shift. This role may involve challenging interactions with people, and it is important for you to prevent potential hazards, assist with conflict management and emergency evacuation
Customer service experience is preferred but we will provide training required
This role offers potential to progress to Licensed Customer safety steward for the right candidate.
