Box Office
Our Box Office is situated at the bottom of the piazza in the Students’ Association. It’s open from:
- Saturday 5th from 12 noon
- Sunday 6th -Saturday 12th from 5pm
- Sunday 13th from 6:30pm
Please check your event start time to ensure you pick-up your wristband in plenty time. We strongly advise you pick your wristband up in advance on the day to help with queuing at night. Get to your event early to avoid disappointment!
Freshers' and Union Passes
One bands gets you into almost all of our events - pick up your week-long fabic wristbands on Saturday the 5th.

We're open until 3am Friday 4th until Saturday 12th September!
Union Passes
Passes are the easiest and cheapest way to experience the very best of Freshers’ Week and beyond.

If you purchased a Pass most tickets will already be in your native account but you must also pick-up your fabric wristband. This is available all week but we recommend you do so at the start of Freshers' Week.
All tickets purchased online will go into your native account, however you must also pick-up a wristband during the day of each event by 9pm (unless the event starts earlier), this is to minimise queuing on the night and make your night better.
- Not a St Andrews student?
Please note guests are allowed into Freshers’ Week events but we advise they purchase a ticket in advance. Guests must be over 18 and we must see valid proof of age. They must also be signed in by a St Andrews University student.
- Required ID
Please note you must present valid proof of ID at wristband collection and to individual events.
- Entering the building
If you have a wristband for an event that night this will gain you access but please note this does not guarantee you entry as we limit capacities to keep everyone safe, we advise you arrive as early as possible.
- Entry cut-offs
If you don’t pick-up your wristband on the day before 9pm then you may not get entry to the building as we work with strict capacities and must adhere to them
- Refunds
Please be aware that we will not give refunds unless for exceptional circumstances.
Cloakroom and Left Property Policy
Please use our cloakroom during our events. It's FREE for everyone during Freshers' Week.
Any unattended items will be removed by our Customer Safety Team, and a £10 collection fee will apply to collect them at the end of the night or during a designated collection period. This helps us keep everyone safe and comply with event safety regulations.
We're mainly cashless in the Building
Our Box Office, Club, Beacon Bar are all card payment only.
