Freshers Pass T&C's
Who can purchase and use the Freshers' Pass: Students from the University of St Andrews or a reciprocal University.
Under 18s from the University of St Andrews can buy the Freshers Pass but are not allowed to consumealcohol on premises.
Drinking under the age of 18 is illegal in Scotland.
- Valid: From the Saturday 2nd September 2023 to Sunday 10th September 2023.

Access and offers:
- All events during Freshers Week including the Freshers Pavilion and The Union with a sign up to optional events - Bingo Lingo and Ceilidh.
- Priority access during the first hour of each of the Freshers Pavilion events.
- After priority access times, we cannot guarantee you a place in the venue due to capacity limits.
- Access to main building for free every night during Freshers Week.
- How to get the perks: You can pick-up your Freshers wristband from Saturday 2nd September and then throughout Freshers Week from the Union Box
Office. You must present a valid Student ID or valid Government ID in person. When purchasing the Freshers Pass tickets will automatically go into your
native account which is our ticketing platform and can be accessed via single sign on from the start of the semester, if you have created a guest account
your accounts will merge.
- Our venue has a fire capacity which we cannot exceed in order to keep our customers safe.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission.
- No refund will be issued if refused entry, banned or asked to leave.
- You cannot transfer your ticket to another person.
- We are a private members club; all customers are subject to our rules and disciplinary procedures.
