Pi Ball 2025

SUMS in collaboration with The School of Maths & Stats are pleased to announce that Pi Ball this year is going to be on the 14th of March in the Hall of Champions at the Old Course to celebrate the cracking constant pi!

- Full Event: Arriving at 18:30 the evening will consist of a drinks reception, 3 course dinner, ceilidh and a set from a brilliant DJ. We will ask for your uni email and send you a form to fill in with your meal choices and who you would like to be seated with!

- Ceilidh: You will arrive at 21:00 for the Ceilidh & DJ set mentioned above! 

We'll have a Lightbox photographer and some fun decorations to commemorate the 7th Pi Ball! 

Schedule:

18:30 - Dinner guests arrive for drinks reception

19:00-20:30 - Dinner 

20:45 - Ceilidh & DJ guests arrive 

21:00-23:00 - Ceilidh

23:00-01:00 - DJ set

The venue takes both cash and card and we have a brilliant ceilidh band lined up! We hope to see you there :))

There is no last entry for the Ceilidh but we ask that if you are attending the meal you arrive 30 mins early (at 18:30). We ask that you let us know if you will be under 18. IDs will be checked at the door so remember to bring yours! Below is a list of accepted ID forms:

      - Proof of Age Card with Holographic PASS mark

      - Valid Passport

      - Valid UK Drivers License

      - Valid EU National Identity Card
