We’re going BIG on festive fun this year. Friday 26th November hosts our all building Winter Wonderland! See the building like never before. There will be entertainment in every venue, freebies galore and festive tunes the whole night long.

Due to the red weather warning recently issued in the interest of safety we have taken the hard decision to close our building completely from 3pm and cancel Winter Wonderland tonight. We will issue everyone with full refunds this afternoon, please note it may take up to two working days for the money to go back into your account.
If the weather improves as forecast we will open as usual tomorrow. Stay safe everyone.
What's happening:
- 100 selection Boxes given away at wristband pick-up or purchase on Friday 26th.
- Free santa hats given away on the night
- Festive photo booth in Main Bar
- Live Jazz with JazzWorks in Main Bar
- Christmas Karaoke in a themed Sandy's Bar
- Baltic Bar in Beacon
- Jingle Bell Bop in Club 601 (festive sweaters encouraged)

Online sales will stop at 1pm on Friday 26th.
Box Office will open from 2pm
Wristbands must be picked up on the day of the event from 2pm - 10pm if you purchased a ticket in advance.
The event will begin at 10:30pm.

Important Information:
You must pick up your own wristband. If you can't make the pick-up time please let us know in advance by emailing union@.
- Please note an all building event does not mean you are guaranteed entry to all areas - we monitor each space for capacities to keep you safe, so if the area is full you won't be able to get in. Get here early to avoid disappointment but don't worry - there's lots going on in all areas!
- Refunds for this event will be at our descrition.

- While we don't require proof of a negative COVID-19 test to enter the building, we strongly recommend that you take a lateral flow test before attending any big event. You can collect free lateral flow tests from reception.
The Students’ Association does not condone re-selling tickets at inflated prices. If we are aware of any tickets which have been purchased at an inflated price we may not transfer your wristband to you.
