Event Cancelled.
In response to the ongoing situation concerning the Coronavirus pandemic we have made the difficult decision to cancel our all building St Patrick’s Day Party this evening and to close the Union from 9pm. After careful consideration and consultation with the University, we have made this call as the safety of our students and staff is of paramount importance; please note we will process all refunds today, allow two working days for the money to be refunded to your bank account.
Society spaces and Rector’s Café will remain open on Saturday 14th from 9am until 7pm, although the bar will remain closed and we will continue to update yourunion.net and our social media pages with information of our operating hours.

The Pass Discount allows you to buy a cheaper ticket. Please note your ID will be checked for proof of The Pass purchase at wristband collection. If you have not purchased The Pass previously you will need to pay the additional £3.

Tickets and Collection
Online tickets are available until 12:45pm on the day of the event.
Wristbands must be picked up on the day of the event from:
1 pm - 10 pm, any resales and additional ticket sales will start at 10:30 pm.
Please note:
Any tickets not picked up before this time will be resold.
All tickets subject to availability.

Access to areas:
Please note an all building event does not mean you are guaranteed entry to all areas - we monitor each space for capacities to keep you safe so if the area is full you won't be able to get in. Get here early to avoid disappointment but don't worry - there's lots going on in all areas!

Important Information
The Students’ Association does not condone re-selling tickets at inflated prices. If we are aware of any tickets which have been purchased at an inflated price we may not transfer your wristband to you.
We will not offer refunds for this event.
