A vibrant trio of pipes/whistle, fiddle and guitar; David Shedden, Graham Mackenzie and Innes White joined forces to form Assynt in 2018 after years of playing together. All individually lauded musicians, they come together with a wealth of experience and a unique outlook, providing an exciting contemporary outlook on Scottish traditional music. In their debut year they have been praised as one of the most impressive young bands on the scene! Hot off a summer of touring the world, they are definitely not to be missed!
