The Music Society welcomes you to a unique concert featuring the Music Society Singers (SATB choir) and Ukelear Fusion (St Andrews’ one and only ukulele band). Together, these two ensembles will guide you on a truly eclectic and original musical journey backwards through time! The evening will begin with arrangements of more recent hits. Then, after a stop for some musical theatre, there will be a taste of the Eighties followed by some more highlights on the way to the Beatles. After all the above and more, this reverse chronology will finish in the early 17th century with some late renaissance choral music.
