Geological

GeolSoc is the the University's Geological Society. The society is a great way to meet fellow students in different year groups, from first years right up to Masters and PhD students who are either Environmental Earth Scientists or Geologists!

Within geolsoc we also get good SEES staff turnout at events, which gives students a good opportunity to get to know the schools staff members better, especially when the school is quite small compared to other schools. We host a variety of events throughout the year, with something planned for everyone to take part. Our events include BBQs, pub quizzes, whiskey tasting, pub crawls, an end of year ball, field trips, residential trips and many more.
