Having this information helps us to advise you better. We will talk you through procedures/policies and what your next steps might be, and discuss options with you.
We take time to go through your concerns with you.
We will advise you where necessary and may also signpost you to other support services where relevant.
We will work with you in helping you to get the outcome you are seeking. Any advice given is completely confidential and non-directive, so the purpose of the next step is to outline your options as we understand them and offer an opinion based on our knowledge and experience.
