Baking session details:

Location: Holy Trinity Church Hall

Allergens: gluten (alternative available, but cannot guarantee no contamination), dairy

Make sure to bring a container to store your treats! And a hair tie if you have long hair

Feel free to bring extra toppings for your rocky road.

We will be checking tickets on the day so make sure to buy one beforehand!

This event has a limited sign up of 25 people, tickets must be bought beforehand and we do not accept walk ins on the day.

Rocky Road Recipe

Ingredients:

• 250g digestives
• 200g milk chocolate
• 50g dark chocolate
• 170g butter (or margarine)
• 15ml golden syrup
• 125g mini marshmallows
• Any other inclusions

Instructions:

1. Add digestives to a ziplock bag and crush them into pieces
2. In a saucepan, melt butter, chocolate and golden syrup stirring until there are no lumps. Then remove from the heat
3. Mix in the biscuits and marshmallows and any other inclusions until everything is completely covered
4. Tip the mixture into a container
5. Decorate however you like :)
6. Put in the fridge until set.
