When you contact the Student Advocacy and Advice Service, you can expect free, impartial, non-judgemental, confidential, and person-centred support.
We’re here to help you understand the relevant policies, structures, and options available to you based on your specific situation. While we won’t make decisions for you, we will work with you to explore your choices and clarify your next steps so you can make informed decisions that feel right for you. We work for the Students' Association and our separate from the University.
Meet Jackie, our Student Advocacy Co-ordinator

Jackie can support you with a range of issues like academic appeals, academic misconduct, non-academic misconduct, fitness to practice, stage 1 and 2 appeals, entry to honours, s-coding, and termination of studies.
