Meeting rooms

We have two larger meeting rooms on the middle floor, and 6 smaller meeting rooms on the top floor.

Meeting rooms can be accessed whenever the main building is open; check our opening hours.

Committee Room

• Capacity (chairs, desks): 24
• Cost: Free for subcommittees. 6 hours free per week and £5.50/hour thereafter for Affiliated Student groups and University departments. £12/hour for Open Associations (inc. Opera Group). £14/hour for non-affiliated student groups and local groups. £30/hour for Other (large/national groups). Price on Intrest for Graduate / commercial company promoting goods to students.

Note that these pods have no soundproofing.
