Q: How do I sign up for a stall at the Fayre?
A: This form is for university professional services and non-affiliated student groups only. Affiliated societies will have requested their table during reaffiliation.
All others should email [email protected].
Q: Is there a deadline to submit applications?
A: If you're a student group then yes, 31st July. External groups will have longer to apply.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Unaffiliated student groups pay £50 for a stall, while affiliated groups get a spot for free. External groups charging structure will be discussed at point of booking with our booking company - native.
Q: How do I find out if I've got a spot/where I am on the map?
A: Everyone should know if they have a spot by the 21st August, keep an eye on your email inbox! We're aiming to release the map to all stall holders in advance of the event so everyone will know where to go.
Q: Who else will be there?
A: Lots of student groups, University departments and joint projects, and some external organisations too!
Q: Will there be an accessible time?
A: Yes,from 1:30 - 2pm. If you're a stall holder please ensure you're all set-up for the Fayre starting at 1:30. We ask that music isn't played during this time.
Q: Will the event be ticketed?
A: Yes, we ask attendees to purchase "free" time slots. During our Quiet Time only ticket holders are allowed access.We will be fairly felexible with entry during the rest of the Fayre but access is subject to capacity to we recomend you attend during your ticketed slot.
