We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to take a key role within our kitchen team, with several Kitchen Shift Manager opportunities available in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll lead, support, and motivate colleagues to achieve sales, profit, and compliance targets, while confidently running kitchen shifts independently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food to specification, maintaining excellent standards, and ensuring a clean, safe, and fully compliant working environment in line with company standards.
Leading by example, you’ll help create an efficient, well-organised kitchen where quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything.
The role requires flexibility and commitment, including working evenings, late-night shifts, weekends, and responding to out-of-hours requirements as needed.
