Meet the Maker is a unique opportunity to meet experts in their field. If you want to learn the secrets of brewing the perfect pint, crafting a creative spirit or pairing a spirit with the ideal mixer then come along to Beacon Bar's brand new night.

Starting at 7:30pm Stephen McKay from Eden Mill will introduce you to each gin, what mixer is best paired with them and which garnishes will complement their flavours. You will then have time to enjoy your gins and chat to Steve further.
So, if you’re interested in tasting gin and want to know more about this delicious spirit this is the event for you and you'll get the opportunity to buy a bottle of your favourite gin at the end - it'd make a perfect Christmas present for friends and family (or for you!).
After the event The Beacon Bar will be open as usual if you would like to stay and enjoy some more Gin or try out some of our cocktails.
