About me
Hey everyone! My name is Riya Narain, a 4th Year Economics and International Relations student, and I am super excited to be serving as your Econ and Finance President! As a dedicated student representative for the last two years, I’ve had the privilege of working directly with students, faculty, and university leadership to advocate for meaningful change, and I will continue to do that. I’ve seen firsthand what works, what needs improvement, and where our voices need to be stronger. As your School President, I will be a strong advocate for your academic success, career goals, and well-being. I will work tirelessly to ensure that:
• You have the academic support needed to thrive in your studies – whether that be through more practice questions or more detailed feedback, I’ve got your back!
• You have the career development resources to secure the best opportunities through more spring week guidance and real-world skill-building sessions
• Your well-being is a priority because you can only perform when you feel your best.
