Resignation of the President of Union Affairs-Elect 2025/26 

The Union has received notice from our incoming President of Union Affairs, that they have made the very difficult decision to step down from the position for the 2025/26 academic year. 

Trinity has said “Being elected President of Union Affairs has been an immense honour. Following careful reflection, I have made the decision not to take up the position this year. My commitment to the work of the Students’ Association remains, and I look forward to continuing to support the incoming team and our student community in every way I can”. 

To ensure a full-time Exec Officer Team can be completed for the coming year, a by-election will be held as soon as possible.  Full details of this will be announced next week.
