Freshers' Fayre 2025

The Fayre will take place from 11am to 5pm on Tuesday 9th September in the Union building.

FAQ's:

Q: How do I sign up for a stall at the Fayre?

A: Sign-ups have now closed.

Q: Is there a deadline to submit applications?

A: If you're a student group then yes, 1st August. External groups will have longer to apply.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Unaffiliated student groups and University departments only pay £25 for a stall, while affiliated groups get a spot for free. External groups charging structure will be discussed at point of booking.

Q: How do I find out if I've got a spot/where I am on the map?

A: Everyone should know if they have a spot by the 29th August, keep an eye on your email inbox!  We're aiming to release the map to all stall holders in advance of the event so everyone will know where to go.

Q: Who else will be there?

A: Lots of student groups, University departments and joint projects, and some external organisations too! 

Q: Will there be an accessible hour?

A: Yes,from 11am - 12noon. Please ensure you're all set-up for the Fayre starting at 11am. We ask that music isn't played during this time.
