The waitlist will operate on a first-come first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee everyone who signs up a ticket. As soon as a new seller fills out the form we will match them with the next prospective buyer on the form.
To CHANGE THE NAME on a ticket, please email [email protected] with the subject "Name Change Request" and share the details of the new ticket-holder.
If you are uncertain about the authenticity of a ticket being advertised on Facebook or elsewhere, we encourage you to message us directly, as we can verify whether or not the seller is authentic.

The event
Guests will wander through the Waltz of Snowflakes, feast in the Land of Sweets, and drink and dance throughout a Sugar-Plum Wonderland.
Buses will be departing from the Students' Association between 7:30 to 9:45pm.
- The event is 18+. Proof of vaccination and age is required and must be shown at wristband collection.
- Cash will be required for the bar.
- The ticket price includes transport to and from the venue.
- Non-students can attend the event, so long as they are accompanied by a matriculated student to wristband collection.
- We will need to collect phone numbers from all attendees for track-and-trace.
