Please bring your matriculation card or proof of ID with you to the Students' Association Box Office (10am – 10pm) during Freshers’ Week, then 1pm – 4pm on Friday 20th September to recieve information about how to use The Pass.

Terms and Conditions of The Pass:

  • Who can purchase and use The Pass, Students from St Andrews or an affiliated University. Under 18's from St Andrews University can buy The Pass but are not allowed to consume alcohol on premises. Drinking under the age of 18 is illegal in Scotland.
  • Refunds: You can receive a refund within 7 days from purchase of The Pass if it remainds unused.
  • Valid: From the 20th September 2019 to the last regular £3 entry Bop in June.  The Bop card is valid at every standard £3 Bop.
  • How to get perks: Pick up a free wristband every Friday between 1pm and 4pm or from 10:30pm to11pm from our Box Office on a Friday night. You must present a valid Student ID or valid UK ID in person. We issue tickets on a first-come, first-served basis with one ticket per person. You should arrive 15 minutes before the venue opens to increase your chance of admission.
  • Discounted entry for other events will be on a first come first serve basis.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission.
  • No refund if refused entry or rejected.
  • No refund for bans.
  • Our venue has a fire capacity which we cannot exceed.
  • Free use of cloakroom for one item of clothing on a Friday before 11pm subject to availability.
  • You can bring a friend for free once a month to a standard £3 Bop.  If your friends are not students, they will need to pay the non-student fee identified for that day. Your friend must be with you at wristband collection and arrive at the same time as you.
  • We are a private members’ club. You are subject to our rules and disciplinary procedures.
