Hello!

We are EmpowHER a society aimed at empowering women and those who feel comfortable in a woman-centred space to lead healthy, well-rounded lives. Included in your membership are:

- Bi-monthly socials  from cocktail making, to crafts and cosy movie nights.

- Weekly small group workouts.

- Large Group workouts - different each month, designed to be a comfortable space to try new styles of workout (with modifications).

- Collabs - a way to give new things a go!

- Buddies - our buddy coordinators will match you with someone who shares your interests. It's a great way to make new friends, set goals, and complete challenges.

- Well-being - a dedicated wellbeing coordinator who has office hours and events throughout the semester.
