Grant-It Ideas: Wellbeing

Grant-It Ideas: Wellbeing is provided by the Students' Association, and enables all students to promote wellbeing and mindfulness. Funds are awarded on a discretionary basis upon application.

Funding Process

  1. Check the guidelines
    • All applications should follow step-by-step guidelines.
  2. Apply
    • Any student can apply for funding online via the application form below.
    • Make sure you are logged in with your personal St Andrews username.
  3. Report
    • You must submit a short reflective report of the event/project within 7 days, through the reporting form.
  4. Reimburse
    • One funding has been approved, take any receipts or invoices along to the Cash Office, on the middle floor of the Union, to be reimbursed.

 

The Students' Association created the Grant-It Ideas: Wellbeing fund to support wellbeing and mindfulness activities in all areas of student life.

Quick rules

  • You cannot use the Fund to purchase alcohol.
  • Where possible, we encourage you to use facilities within the Union for your events.
  • If it is a School event or an event organised with a Society, please ask them for a contribution too, before you apply for the Fund. If this failed because no extra funding was available, please say so in your application.
  • We need to know how you are going to spend the money. Ask for quotes and/or make a detailed budget before you apply for funding.
  • We might take up to 7 working days to respond to your request, so apply well in advance.

Should you receive funding from the Fund please to hold onto all receipts in order to get your reimbursement. You are also required to fill out a reflective summary no later than 7 days after the event.
