You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our members and staff, while also dealing with general customer service issues.
Working front of house duties include conflict resolution, entry and evacuation procedures, correct application of licensing law, drug searches and seizures.
Mainly late evening shifts
As the first and last point of contact for our members; excellent customer care skills are a must!
