The University of St Andrews Students’ Association proudly presents our 2022 Graduation and Summer Ball. Join us on the 18th June for a night of celebration like no other. Friends welcome!

TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO BUY AT THE UNION BOX OFFICE FROM 10AM ON SATURDAY 18TH JUNE.

Graduates and their freinds and family can purchase a ticket for our Graduation and Summer Ball on 18th June (please note you must be over 18).

If you're a graduating student please select "Class of 2022 Grad" or if you're a non graduating student please select "ticket".

**About the ball**

The ball will be on Lower College Lawn and start at 8 pm. You'll receive a drink on arrival (served until 10pm)  and we'll have favourites like Jannettas available for everyone, there will be lots of other things included in your ticket too.

**A few things to note**

• *Only people aged 18 years and over are allowed entry to the Ball, ID will be required for entry.

• Wristband Collection will be on Saturday 18th June, 10am - 6pm Students' Association Building, you must bring ID with you to wristband collection.

• This event will be a cash bar only service.

• The cloakroom is run by the Charities Campaign and also cash only.

• Tickets are limited to two per person.

• If you purchased a ticket for someone they must come with you to pick-up their band.

• You must pick-up your own wristband.

• If you are wearing traditional Scottish dress, Sgian Dubhs are not allowed and will be confiscated.

**FAQ's**

Q: When and where is wristband collection?

A: Saturday 18th June, 10am - 6pm Students' Association Building

Q: I didn’t get a confirmation email?

A: Don’t worry, if you didn't log in to purchase a ticket you won't have got a confirmation email.  Please bring proof of ID with you to wristband collection. If you're unsure if your puchase was successful please email union@ for confirmation.

Q: I want to sell my ticket (at cost price) to a friend, what should I do?

A: No problem, please email union@ with the name of the person you are selling your ticket to and also email the person saying you are selling your ticket to them.

Q: Can a friend pick-up my ticket?

A: No they can't unforuatnely as we need to put your wristband on your wrist. 

Q: I've lost my wristband what should I do?

A: You are responsible for your wristband as soon as you pick it up from the Students' Association, we cannot offer a replacement. 

Q: I don’t want to bring my passport to the event, can I bring any other proof of ID?

A: All forms of identification we accept can be found here.

**Important Information**

The Students’ Association does not condone re-selling tickets at inflated prices, we ask that if you can no longer attend the event that you buy and sell tickets at face value. We will not resell tickets, so if the event sells out, no further tickets will be issued.  We will offer a refund at our own discretion and are not obliged to do so.  If we are aware of any tickets which have been purchased at an inflated price we may not transfer your wristband to you.

As the event is held in a marquee the event is subject to weather, therefore in the very unlikely event of adverse weather, the event will be held in an alternative venue and reimbursement will be considered. 

Please note there will be photographers and videographers at this event, your photo may be posted on social media and for future publicity.
