The evening will begin with a wine reception at 6.00 pm in Upper College Hall, followed by a three-course meal in Lower College Hall at 6.30 pm. The aim of this bi-annual tradition is to strengthen the wider post-graduate community by bringing together staff and students from different disciplines.
The menu is as follows:
Starter: Sweet potato soup, coconut and curry oil
Main: Breast of corn-fed chicken marinated in honey and thyme - chicken jus
Alternative Option: Butternut stuffed with ricotta, pine nuts and herbs
Desert: Chocolate fondant tart – Pistachio ice cream
If you have any dietary requirements and/or would like to request the alternative option, please email [email protected] asap. If you purchase a ticket after this date, you will not be able to change the preference of the original ticket holder.
The dress code of the event is black tie, academic gowns are very much welcomed and encouraged.
