A society whose goal is to help people pursue their fitness goals
The society's goal is to help people start and elevate their fitness journey. Whether someone is starting their journey, or they are far along, we hope to provide a place where people can find others with alike goals. We will try to offer help and education in whatever places we can, whether that is educating about fitness or nutrition. We offer talks about nutrition as well as talks about how to start lifting. We will hopefully be offering socially distant classes on the beach or in the park
We are here solely for students of the University of St Andrews. We exist to make the student experience as strong as it can be, to provide services for students, and to represent student views to the University and beyond. We are a charity registered in Scotland and we are mostly volunteers, from members of the SRC and SSC to Ents Crew, all the society committee members to the Trustees of our Board.
