Mindfulness sessions in order to cultivate greater levels of well-being amongst students, staff, and community members.

The Mindfulness Society holds regular sessions including visualizations, body scans, focused attention, breathwork, and loving kindness meditations as well as creative activities in order to promote self reflection and greater self awareness. Practicing mindfulness increases our ability to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and increases empathy. These sessions are designed to promote greater levels of well-being among the St. Andrews community.
