Welcome to St Andrews Mindfulness Society!

We run mindfulness sessions for all students and staff during term time. Our mindfulness sessions are centred on practices from secular mindfulness-based programmes such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction/Cognitive Therapy (MBSR/CT) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).

Whether you’re a complete beginner or mindfulness enthusiast, you are welcome to join us for sessions.

Details of our regular sessions:
Friday 9-10 am (weekly)
Location: Lounge-ground floor, The Chaplaincy Centre, Mansefield, 3A St Mary's Place, St Andrews. (adjacent to the Vic)
