We’re so excited for Freshers' Week of 2021 and to welcoming you in September to Your Union.
Orientation/Freshers' Week will run from Saturday 4th to Sunday 12th September. The Freshers Fayre will be held on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th September.
The Freshers' Fayre
Freshers Fayre will take the form of a two-day event this year from 2PM to 5PM on Monday 6 September and 11AM to 5PM on Tuesday 7 September. It will be held in the grounds of the Sports Centre
To request a stall, you must complete this form. The final deadline for requesting a stall is 13 August. We shall inform you if you have been successful in securing a stall in late August.

Affiliated Society Event Submissions
Form must be completed by 16 August.
-Events submitted here will be added to the University’s Orientation App
-Please submit one form per Freshers’ Week Event
-This form will also serve as your Freshers’ Week Room Booking Form. Once your room is allocated, you will receive an email confirmation with the date/time/location of your event.
Please note the event organiser is responsible for anyone attending the event to follow the current Covid19 restrictions.
Freshers' Week Venue Bookings
If you require a room in the Students' Association during Freshers' Week please email freshersweek@ by the middle of August. Room booking requests will be dealt with by the end of August.
The Charitable and Volunteering Fayre
The Charitable and Volunteering Fayre is coordinated by the Charities Campaign. All queries should be directed to charitysocs@.
There will be a large number of affiliated societies, as well as some external organisations. St Andrews has a really active charitable and volunteering presence, so this is the perfect opportunity to see what you can get involved with.
The Freshers' Fund is money allocated to kick-starting societies activities at the start of the academic year - primarily being used to pay for Freshers' Week events. It is open to all affiliated societies and is given out at the discretion of the Director of Student Development and Activities.
The maximum amount given to any one society is £250. One budget form should be submitted for every individual event.
