A new SSC position has been created, the SSC Charitable Development Convener, who will be in charge of making applications to charitable trusts and funds on behalf of Union Subcommittees and, eventually, societies. 

Candidates must have:

-Exceptional organisational skills

-Excellent written communication skills

-The ability to liaise with people with a wide range of interests and activities

-Punctuality is crucial

-A thorough understanding of the fund and trust application process
