Advice Centre

The Students' Association has an Advice Centre, based on the middle floor of the Union Building, where students can come for free, impartial advice regarding education and accommodation issues. The Association's dedicated staff members for student advice, Iain Cupples (Student Advocate - Education) and Eleanor Feltham (Student Advocate - Accommodation) have, between them, decades of experience in assisting students through any issues they may be facing. Typical issues they assist with include problematic landlords, retaining deposits, academic appeals, Permission to Proceed problems, and much more.
