Everything offered in good faith.  Information believed to be correct, but some errors may exist.

Problem with your item?  We'll refund your initial purchase price on receipt of the item. Sorry, we can't refund the postage fees.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER WE REQUIRE THE CW2 NUMBER. THIS IS THE LAST 3 DIGITS ON THE SIGNATURE STRIP OF YOUR CARD.

Shipping And Handling Your purchases will be sent to you by 1st class post (Royal Mail) in the U.K.
International orders will be sent using the 'International Signed for' service, which offers protection against loss or damage. Orders over 2kg will be sent via Parcel Force, but due to higher postage rates with Parcel Force, we will split your order wherever possible to minimise the postage fees.

Unfortunately, the online catalogue system we use does not allow us to reflect these changes in your shopping basket total, but we will amend your total fee when processing your payment.

Basically, we're never going to charge you more than the total displayed.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Teddies and childrens clothing 0% vat.
All other clothing inc 15% vat.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please accept our apologies. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, we will be happy to refund the purchase cost, providing that the item is returned in its original condition. Please send your item back to us in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs.
