Ticket/Wristband Exchange

You'll need to exchange your ticket for a wristband before you get to the ball.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

We're aware that there are a very significant number of customers who have not yet collected wristbands for the Ball. In response to this, and in an attempt to avoid queues at the event itself, we are going to run an additional ticket exchange in the Main Bar of the Union Building on Friday 22nd June from 10am to 2pm.

This will be your last chance to collect wristbands before the Ball. There will be a limited facility for wristband exchange at the event, but we strongly advise that you avoid this eventuality if at all possible.

Wristband exchange will run from TUESDAY - THURSDAY in the Union MAIN BAR (10:30am-4pm).

Please ensure you bring your ticket with you. Please spread the word.

If you're not in St Andrews until Friday, you will be able to exchange your wristband on the door - however, you will have to queue, and it'll slow everything down a treat, so we STRONGLY recommend collecting in advance. This can only happen in exceptional circumstances, so please let us know in advance.
