Platinum Pass T&C's
Who can purchase and use the Platinum Pass:
- Students from the University of St Andrews or reciprocal University.
- Under 18s from University of St Andrews can buy the Platinum Pass but are not allowed to consume alcohol on premises. Drinking under the age of 18 is illegal in Scotland.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be given at our discretion and only under exceptional circumstances, if The Pass has been used we cannot offer a refund.
Valid: Until 9th June 2025.
Access and offers:
- Free access to Freshers' Week events
- Free club night access
- Free all building party entry
- Free building entry
- Free use of cloakroom for one item of clothing on a standard free club night (subject to availability)
- Free access to selected Refreshers’ events
How to get the perks:
- When purchasing the Platinum Pass tickets will automatically go into your native account (our ticketing platform) or you must claim your ticket depending on the event type.
- Our venue has a fire capacity which we cannot exceed in order to keep our customers safe.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission.
- No refund will be issued if refused entry, banned or asked to leave.
- You cannot transfer your ticket to another person.
- We are a private members' club; all customers are subject to our rules and disciplinary procedures.
