Friends of Habitat for Humanity

Join Friends of Habitat for Humanity and you will get the amazing and unique chance to go abroad this semester break (either to South America or Africa) to build a much needed house for a local family. Throughout the year our society raises money through various events and collections to fund our trip and all materials for the house. In previous years we have been to Uganda and Malawi and completed a house. We build as a part of Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit charity dedicated to eliminating poverty housing across the world. Since founding in 1976, it has become a global leader in addressing substandard housing allowing people to have a simple, decent place to live and has built or renovated over 200,000 homes world wide. We look forward to meeting you and with your help we can make a difference!
