1.0  Opening of the meeting:

Will asks the opening question: ‘what is your favourite Christmas decoration?’

He says thank you for everyone who helped out at the radio, the rave and the cloakroom.

1.1 Becca – secretary

She has nothing to say. She then asks if people want stuff written in the weekly email can they come and see her afterwards.

1.2 Craig – treasurer

He also has not much to say, but the total so far is about £16,000

1.2 Tiff – events coordinator

Tiff says that the rodeo was fantastic – she still has a bruise and her knee and jaw! She explains that we made over £500, and raised a considerable amount – in the £100! She says she has wine for all those who helped. She then says that we are organising a skydive – it’s going to be a tandem dive, and if you want to do it, come and see her afterwards.

She explains that we are having a Christmas meal next week at the grill house and then we are going to Dundee, so asks everyone to come and sign up.

She also says that this weekend there are some people going to Edinburgh to do a skydive for CHSS.

Ellie then explains that there is going to be a jumble sale next week – they have no venue though, but they do have some posters. She is going to send a sign-up sheet next week.

1.3 Liz – hitch coordinator

Liz says she hopes that you all enjoyed Rave2Berlin, although she did spend hours peeling paint off her shoes! She then explains that Race2 is sold out – with 272 people!

1.4 Katie – collections coordinator

She says that there is going to be a collection on Sunday in Dundee for Alzheimer or CHSS, and possibly next weekend there is going to be one outside the union, which should be Christmas themed.

1.5 Mhairi – RAG coordinator

Mhairi says that the RAG hoodies should be in next week. She then says that they are signing people up on Wednesday between 12 – 4 in the TV room for RAG week volunteering and fashion show. She explains that they went to Dundee last week to talk to shops about giving clothes, which went well, and they also went to the bingo in Dundee at the weekend for Rory to play bingo, which also went well.

She then says that we are having a comedy fundraiser, involving blind mirth, the alleycats and the accidentals on Tuesday 16th, and that the RAG meeting, as per usual, is in the TV room on Wednesday at 4pm.

1.6 Alex – marketing coordinator

Alex explains that they had a bit of a hiccup with the RAG week pics, but it’s ok, because they’re going to take them again. He then shows everyone the new RAG week poster. He gives Pillippa some posters, and tells everyone about the swap shop radio show on Wednesday at 8pm.
