The oldest and largest arts academic society. Our events give a voice to History students and allow them to engage with the world of academia.

Founded in 1979, we are the oldest and largest arts academic society within the University.

Our aim is to enhance the academic and social lives of St Andrews students interested in history and encourage more interaction between students and members of the School of History Academic Staff.

We put forward a large programme of activities for our members to engage in, including international and domestic trips, weekly social events, dinners, our own Historical Journals, and academic talks.
